—recipe after the jump—
[[MORE]]
I don’t even know what to say for these.  No yes actually I do. ‘Fuck yes. Yes yes yes more more more dlkfjghsdlfkgshjflg…’ *collapses in a happy shuddering mess*
Rosie describes these as:

“They’re called Slutty Brownies because they’re oh so easy, and more than a little bit filthy.”

And yes they are >:) My sister and I are fans of her blog; we think she’s great! :) If you’re planning to try making these, then go the whole way baby. No shrinking back here, these ain’t no shy violets, they’re a slutty brownies, and crikey moses are they amazing.
Recipe from the ever lovely Rosie: The Londonder
The recipe below is exactly taken from Rosie’s blog.
Slutty Brownies
Ingredients:

-1 Box of cookie mix,
-1 Box of brownie mix,
-2 Eggs,
-2 Packs of Oreos (double stuffed ones are even better if you can find them)
-Some oil
Sure you can make the brownie and cookie mix from scratch if that’s what float your boat, but remember, don’t work up too much of a sweat making these. These are meant to be a relatively easy treat to make.

Method:

-Preheat your oven to 350°F, 180°C, gas mark 4.
-Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
-Follow the instructions on the cookie mix box & stir furiously until you have gooey cookie dough. Add a little extra water and oil to what they suggest, it just keeps it moist as you’ll be baking it for longer than suggested. An extra teaspoon of each is just right.
-Squidge (technical term) the cookie dough into a lined baking tray, until it covers the bottom.
-Cover this layer with your Oreos. Don’t use the broken ones, eat them as you go.
-Mix up your brownie batter. Just stick to the recipe on the box for this one, and pour over your Oreos.
-Bake for 30 minutes.
-Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
When its still a little bit warm, use the paper to lift your creation out of the tray and rest it on a chopping board.
Use a large, sharp knife to cut it into manageable chunks, sections, slabs… depending on how many calories you think you can handle in one sitting.

Enjoy with ice-cream should you wish!
I would also like to note that these brownies, although very scrummy, should be eaten moderately because these pack a punch sugar and calorie wise.
Rosie also has a really great page called ‘The Anti-Diet’ that y’all might like to look at.
Enjoy and eat responsibly!
