Simple croutons. 

Tear up some bread, drizzle with a good amount of extra virgin olive oil (so you cover the bread) salt, pepper, some chopped up herbs, and if you like, garlic.  Throw it in the oven until golden brown at around 180 degrees Celsius.  (Mine turned out a little, burnt because I became preoccupied, so keep a eye out)
