Fudgy Low Fat Brownies!

For the first time, it doesn’t seem like I was making food to procrastinate, right? hehe ^^ But there was a purpose to making these brownies, still! The first time I did want to try making brownies I was in the middle of exams but I resisted, knowing that I could always make brownies at a later date, but my exam dates were set. Anyway, I made these brownies today because I had all this sour cream in the fridge that HAD to be used today otherwise it would go to waste. So, I present to you, “Fudgy low fat brownies” (America’s Test Kitchen Recipe)! At first I thought I had majorly failed at making dem brownies because I misread the instructions on the recipe in terms of combining everything together but I still went ahead and popped it into the oven. And THEN, when I tried a piece of brownie after they had come out it didn’t have that brownie texture, so I was just frowning all over the place whilst washing up (and setting myself up for plenty of facial lines in the future). It was all very disappointing. I just went to the kitchen again, tentatively clutching my camera to see if my brownie was worth of a photo when… ‘OH HAI YES WE BROWNIES ACTUALLY TURNED OUT OKAY WE WERE JUST TROLLING YOU XOXO’. Ugh. Food…honestly. Stop being so naughty.
